Asbury Automotive parts ways with chief human resources officer

Asbury Automotive Group (NYSE: ABG) ended its employment relationship with Jed Milstein, the company's Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, effective August 19, 2026.
Wendy Reynolds-Dobbs, previously Vice President of Talent Development and Chief Culture Officer, began serving as interim Chief Human Resources Officer the following day, August 20, 2026.
According to a company statement, any severance pay owed to Milstein would be governed by a severance pay agreement dated February 21, 2017, and would be treated as a termination without cause. Final severance terms remain subject to the discretion of the company's Compensation and Human Resources Committee of the Board of Directors.
