Gorilla Technology H1 revenue doubles; raises full-year outlook

Gorilla Technology Group Inc. (NASDAQ: GRRR) reported unaudited revenue of $78.4 million for the six months ended June 30, 2026, a 99.3% increase from $39.3 million in the same period a year earlier, according to a press release from the company.

The company reported an IFRS operating loss of $47.2 million for the first half of 2026, compared with a loss of $9.1 million in H1 2025. The H1 2026 results included $25.4 million in stock-based compensation expense, $4.0 million in fair-value measurement effects, $2.0 million in debt-transaction costs and $0.3 million in acquisition-related expenses. Adjusted EBITDA was a loss of $14.6 million, compared with adjusted EBITDA of $6.2 million in H1 2025.

The IFRS net loss for the period was $46.9 million, or $1.74 per diluted share, versus a net loss of $8.5 million, or $0.43 per share, in H1 2025. Adjusted net loss was $15.6 million, or $0.58 per share.

Net cash used in operating activities declined by $8.2 million, or 65.3%, to $4.3 million from $12.5 million in H1 2025. The company closed the period with $179.4 million in cash, after an overall increase of $79.8 million during the half, driven primarily by financing inflows. Gorilla deployed $14.1 million for property and equipment during H1 2026.

Gorilla raised its Q3 2026 revenue planning range to $48 million to $50 million, up from a prior range of $36 million to $40 million. The company also raised its full-year 2026 revenue outlook to at least $200 million, from a prior range of $160 million to $200 million. For fiscal year 2027, the company is targeting revenue of $450 million to $500 million, subject to execution, customer demand and market conditions.
