Westlake Corporation (NYSE: WLK) announced it has dual listed its common stock on NYSE Texas, a fully electronic equities exchange headquartered in Dallas, Texas.
The company will maintain its primary listing on the New York Stock Exchange and will trade under the same "WLK" ticker symbol on NYSE Texas.
"We are pleased to join the NYSE Texas. Westlake is a global manufacturer celebrating 40 years of operations this year, and Texas has been home to our global headquarters since the very beginning. We welcome the opportunity to support the State of Texas' capital markets infrastructure as we continue to create value for our shareholders," said Jean-Marc Gilson, President and CEO of Westlake.
Westlake is a Houston-based manufacturer and supplier with operations in Asia, Europe, and North America. The company is based on a press release statement dated Aug. 21, 2026.
