Winnebago Industries extends $350M credit facility to 2031

Winnebago Industries, Inc. (NYSE: WGO) announced the renewal and extension of its $350 million asset-based revolving credit facility, pushing the maturity date four years forward to August 2031.
The renewed facility replaces a previous credit agreement that was scheduled to mature on July 15, 2027. The total commitment amount of $350 million remains unchanged. JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. served as administrative agent for the transaction.
Bryan L. Hughes, chief financial officer at Winnebago Industries, said in a statement: "The facility provides continued financial flexibility as we navigate evolving market conditions while investing in our brands, innovation initiatives and operational capabilities and maintaining a disciplined approach to capital allocation to create long-term value for shareholders."
Winnebago Industries manufactures recreational vehicles and marine products under several brands, including Winnebago, Grand Design, Chris-Craft, Newmar, and Barletta. The company operates facilities in Iowa, Indiana, Minnesota, and Florida.
