UBS analyst Taylor McGinnis raised the price target on Bill.com Holdings Inc. (NYSE: BILL) to $60.00 (from $55.00) while maintaining a Buy rating.
The analyst commented, "While FY27 core revs growth guidance of ~13% Y/Y came in modestly below the ~14% Y/Y Street consensus, our sense is that investor expectations had already largely reset to this level. Moreover, the ~16% Y/Y 4QFY26 core revs growth and FY27 EBIT margin expansion of >400bps (vs. Street at ~360bps) likely cleared the bar, so net-net, the quarter appears good enough to support the stock. Although, the underlying drivers of core revs growth were somewhat mixed. On the positive side, 13% Y/Y AP/AR TPV growth and 2.6% S&E take rate were stronger, but the net new customer additions were the weakest in a couple years (1.8K for AP/AR and 900 for S&E) and the AP/AR take rate of 0.16% fell short of the guide, declining 0.56bps Q/Q. Even so, at ~11x CY27 EV/FCF, BILL shares remain attractive in our view, supported by ~13% core revenue growth and >20% FCF growth, alongside continued margin expansion. We maintain our Buy rating and raise our PT to $60 (from $55)."
