GoPro promotes CFO Brian Tratt to senior vice president role

GoPro, Inc. (NASDAQ: GPRO) promoted Brian Tratt to Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, effective August 14, 2026, according to a company statement.

Tratt previously held the title of Vice President, Chief Financial Officer. With the promotion, his annual base salary increased from $385,000 to $420,000, and his annual discretionary bonus target rose from 60% to 75%.
