ZW Data regains Nasdaq minimum bid price compliance

ZW Data Action Technologies Inc. (NASDAQ: CNET) announced it received formal notification from Nasdaq on August 17, 2026, confirming the company has regained compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2), which requires listed securities to maintain a minimum bid price of $1.00 per share.
The company had been notified of non-compliance on March 26, 2026, after its common stock closing bid price fell below $1.00 per share for 30 consecutive business days.
Nasdaq determined that the company's closing bid price remained at or above $1.00 per share for 10 consecutive business days, from August 3, 2026 to August 14, 2026. The prior minimum bid price deficiency matter is now closed, according to the company's statement.
ZW Data Action Technologies, established in 2003 and headquartered in Hong Kong, provides online advertising, precision marketing, and data analytics services to enterprise clients in China.
