Glucotrack regains Nasdaq compliance with stockholders' equity rule
Glucotrack, Inc. (Nasdaq: GCTK) announced that the Nasdaq Hearings Panel has granted the company's request for continued listing on the Nasdaq Stock Market, confirming that Glucotrack has regained compliance with Nasdaq's stockholders' equity requirement, according to a company statement.
The panel's decision comes with unspecified conditions, and the company said management remains focused on achieving full compliance with all applicable Nasdaq standards.
Chief Executive Officer Erik Emerson said in a statement: "Over the past several months, we have taken decisive actions to strengthen the Company, improve our financial foundation, and create a clearer path for long-term growth."
Glucotrack also operates Lōkahi Therapeutics, a biopharmaceutical platform focused on acquiring and advancing therapeutic assets. Through a separate subsidiary, Glucotrack Technologies, Inc., the company is developing a long-term implantable continuous blood glucose monitoring system, which remains an investigational device under U.S. federal law.
