Pulte Mortgage signs $625M repurchase deal with Truist Bank

Pulte Mortgage LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of PulteGroup, Inc. (NYSE: PHM), entered into a Master Repurchase Agreement with Truist Bank on August 11, 2026, according to a press release statement.
The agreement, in which Truist Bank acts as agent and representative of itself and other buyers, provides a maximum aggregate commitment of $625 million to finance the origination of mortgage loans by Pulte Mortgage.
The repurchase agreement is set to expire on August 10, 2027, or earlier if the buyers' commitments are terminated under the terms of the agreement or by operation of law.
