Riverview Bancorp chief lending officer to retire in October

Riverview Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ: RVSB) announced the retirement of Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer Michael Sventek, effective October 30, 2026.
Sventek has worked in the financial services industry for more than 35 years. Riverview President and CEO Nicole Sherman said the company plans to begin a broad-based search for his successor within the coming month.
"After many rewarding years in the financial services industry, the time feels right to begin a new chapter and to enjoy retirement," Sventek said in a statement.
Riverview Bancorp is headquartered in Vancouver, Washington, and reported $1.47 billion in assets as of June 30, 2026. The company operates 17 branches and three lending centers, primarily in the Portland-Vancouver area.
