LiveWire Group, Inc. (NYSE: LVWR) announced that the New York Stock Exchange notified the company on August 3, 2026, that it had regained compliance with the NYSE's minimum share price requirement.
The compliance determination was based on the average closing share price of LiveWire's common stock for the 30-trading-day period ended July 31, 2026.
The Milwaukee-based electric motorcycle company had previously received a non-compliance notice from the NYSE on July 23, 2026, citing a violation of Section 802.01C, which requires that a listed company's average closing share price not fall below $1.00 per share over a consecutive 30-trading-day period.
LiveWire's common stock will remain listed and traded on the NYSE, subject to the company's continued compliance with all applicable NYSE listing standards.
