Verisk (Nasdaq: VRSK) issued a statement disagreeing with a ruling by the Delaware Chancery Court regarding AccuLynx, according to a press release dated Aug. 10, 2026.
The company said it "strongly disagrees" with the decision and is evaluating its next steps, including a possible appeal. "We appreciate the expedited response from the court but strongly disagree with the decision. It is possible to appeal, among other next steps, and we are evaluating our options at this time," the company said.
The press release did not provide additional details about the nature of the court ruling or the underlying dispute involving AccuLynx.
