Brilliant Earth posts Q2 sales growth, raises profit outlook

Brilliant Earth Group (Nasdaq: BRLT) reported second-quarter 2026 net sales of $115.1 million, a 5.7% increase from $108.9 million in the same period a year earlier, according to a company press release. GAAP net income was $0.8 million, compared with a net loss of $1.1 million in Q2 2025.
Adjusted EBITDA for the quarter was $5.8 million, up from $3.2 million in Q2 2025, representing an Adjusted EBITDA margin of 5.0%. Gross margin was 57.9%, a sequential improvement of 360 basis points from the prior quarter, though down 40 basis points year over year. Average order value rose 7.9% to $2,238 from $2,074 a year earlier, while total orders declined 2.1% to 51,442.
For the first six months of 2026, net sales totaled $214.6 million, up 5.8% from $202.8 million. The company reported a net loss of $7.6 million for the period, compared with a net loss of $4.4 million in the year-earlier period. Six-month Adjusted EBITDA was $1.1 million, down from $4.3 million.
The company opened its 43rd showroom in San Antonio during the quarter. Fine jewelry bookings grew 32% year over year in Q2.
For the third quarter of 2026, Brilliant Earth guided for net sales approximately flat year over year and Adjusted EBITDA of $3 million to $5 million. The company raised its full-year 2026 net sales guidance to $459 million to $462 million and its full-year Adjusted EBITDA guidance to $13 million to $15 million. The outlook assumes tariff and metal price levels as of August 4, 2026.
