Sunrise, a Swiss telecommunications operator, has extended its collaboration with Amdocs (NASDAQ: DOX) to modernize its customer relationship management system using Amdocs' agentic operating system for telco, called aOS, according to a press release from Amdocs.
The project centers on evolving Sunrise's CRM interface used by customer service representatives. The updated system is intended to streamline workflows, reduce average call handling time, and give contact center staff faster access to relevant customer information across Sunrise's contact centers and stores.
"CRM evolution is central to our operational strategy at Sunrise," said Anna Maria Blengino, Chief Information Officer at Sunrise. "By introducing new capabilities such as AI analytics into our CRM environment, we are equipping our call center staff with the tools they need to work more efficiently, resolve issues faster, and spend less time navigating systems."
Anthony Goonetilleke, Group President of Technology and Head of Strategy at Amdocs, said the deployment would embed new capabilities directly into core workflows to make service agents' day-to-day work more intuitive and efficient.
Amdocs reported revenue of $4.53 billion in fiscal year 2025 and is listed on the Nasdaq Global Select Market.
