Pegasystems Inc. (NASDAQ: PEGA) has expanded the FedRAMP Class D Certified capabilities available within Pega Cloud for Government, the company announced. The certification, formerly known as FedRAMP High Authorized, covers a set of AI-powered workflow automation, decisioning, and process optimization tools for federal agency use.
The newly authorized capabilities include Pega Platform, which combines AI, case management, and workflow automation; Pega Customer Decision Hub, which provides real-time AI-driven decisioning for citizen engagement and benefits administration; Pega Process AI, which identifies inefficiencies and automates routine work; Pega Collections, which manages financial obligations and recovery programs; and Pega PremBridge, which enables secure connectivity between Pega Cloud-hosted services and agency-managed AI environments.
According to the company, the FedRAMP standardization program assessed these capabilities across hundreds of security controls for security and risk management vulnerabilities. Pega Cloud for Government runs on AWS GovCloud.
"By expanding the FedRAMP Class D Certified capabilities available in Pega Cloud for Government, we're giving agencies access to more of Pega's industry-leading workflow automation, decisioning, and AI capabilities in an environment aligned to their most demanding operational needs," said Doug Averill, vice president and global industry market leader for government at Pega.
The newly authorized capabilities are available now within Pega Cloud for Government.
