Tenable Holdings (NASDAQ: TENB) launched the CyberAgents Exchange, a free, open-source registry for AI agents, skills, MCP servers and multi-agent playbooks designed for cybersecurity use, according to a company statement.
The exchange was announced at Black Hat USA 2026 in Las Vegas. Tenable describes it as a vendor-agnostic platform where security practitioners can discover, share and build AI components. More than 50 AI components are available at launch, released under open-source licenses.
SentinelOne and Recorded Future joined as founding members, with both companies committing to contribute AI agents, integration frameworks and playbooks to the platform.
Available components at launch include Navi, a command-line agent for vulnerability management workflows; a SentinelOne Purple AI MCP server; a Recorded Future MITRE APT Attack Path Analysis skill; and SOC-Hunter, a threat hunting skill used by Tenable's internal security operations team.
"Security is a team sport. We've addressed a gaping hole in the ecosystem of AI Agents, built for defenders, by defenders," said Vlad Korsunsky, Chief Technology Officer at Tenable.
Recorded Future Chief Product Officer Jamie Zajac said the exchange provides a foundation for autonomous defense tools that are "traceable, auditable and repeatable."
In conjunction with the launch, Tenable is hosting "SWARM: The Cybersecurity Agentic AI Build Event," a multi-day event at Black Hat USA 2026 sponsored by AWS and presented with support from Anthropic. Winners are scheduled to be announced on August 6, 2026.
The CyberAgents Exchange carries no fees for listing or using agents.
