SuperCom (NASDAQ: SPCB) has secured a second county-level electronic monitoring contract in Ohio, replacing a provider that had held the contract for more than 10 years, according to a company statement.
The contract was awarded following a multi-week live-unit demonstration of SuperCom's PureOne GPS technology. The county selected the technology to modernize its radio frequency platform, citing a desire for increased accountability in its electronic monitoring program. The contract follows a recurring revenue model based on daily active units, with training and deployment expected to begin in September 2026.
"The new contract in Ohio validates our continued investment in research and development," said Ordan Trabelsi, President and CEO of SuperCom. "Our combination of proprietary technology, responsive customer support, and extensive implementation experience helps government agencies transition to next-generation electronic monitoring solutions."
Trabelsi noted the company has secured more than 45 new contracts in the U.S. since mid-2024 and more than 20 national project wins across Europe. He also cited trailing 12-month EBITDA of $10.3 million through Q1 2026.
