Apollo sets conversion rate for mandatory convertible preferred stock

Apollo Global Management, Inc. (NYSE: APO) announced that its 6.75% Series A Mandatory Convertible Preferred Stock will automatically convert into shares of common stock on July 31, 2026.
Each share of preferred stock will convert at a rate of 0.5074 shares of common stock, with cash paid in lieu of fractional shares.
Holders of record as of the close of business on July 15, 2026 will also receive a final quarterly cash dividend of $0.8438 per share of preferred stock, payable on the conversion date.
