Oklo names five executive officers to leadership roles

Oklo Inc. (NYSE: OKLO) announced that its board of directors appointed five individuals as executive officers of the company, effective July 27, 2026.
According to a company statement, the appointments are as follows: Alexandra Renner as Chief Product Officer, John Hanson as Chief of Staff, Vivek Narayanadas as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, Erik Lassen as Senior Vice President of Engineering, and Michael Dixon as Vice President of Accounting and Controller and Principal Accounting Officer.
Renner, 35, has held roles at Oklo since 2016 and previously worked at the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission. Hanson, 39, joined Oklo in 2015 and holds a Ph.D. in Nuclear Science and Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Narayanadas, 42, has served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary since October 2025, following roles at Maven Clinic Co. and MetaMap, Inc. Lassen, 48, joined Oklo in January 2026 and previously held engineering and manufacturing roles at Joby Aviation, Inc. Dixon, 42, joined Oklo in May 2026 after serving in controller roles at National Grid USA Service Company and, prior to that, at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.
The company stated that none of the appointees were selected through any external arrangement, and none have family relationships with existing directors or executive officers of the company.
