SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Wells Fargo & Company (NYSE: WFC) today announced its board of directors approved a quarterly common stock dividend of $0.50 per share, payable Sept. 1, 2026, to stockholders of record on Aug. 7, 2026. The third quarter dividend represents an increase of $0.05 per share, or 11%, from the prior quarter.
