Beam Global (Nasdaq: BEEM) announced it received a follow-on order from the City of Dallas for ten EV ARC™ off-grid, solar-powered electric vehicle charging systems, according to a company press release.
The order marks the fourth separate purchase by Dallas since the city's initial order in April 2025. The systems are scheduled for deployment in the third quarter and will support charging of the city's EV fleet. The purchase was made through Beam Global's U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) Contract.
The EV ARC™ systems generate and store their own renewable electricity and do not require construction, trenching, utility grid connection, or electrical permitting. The units can be relocated and operate independently of the utility grid.
"We are delighted to continue to serve the City of Dallas and to provide them with our unique and compelling products," said Desmond Wheatley, CEO of Beam Global.
Beam Global is headquartered in San Diego and has operations in the U.S., Europe, and the Middle East.
