ISS recommends shareholders vote for all Aurora Cannabis resolutions

Aurora Cannabis Inc. (NASDAQ: ACB) announced that Institutional Shareholder Services Inc. (ISS) has recommended shareholders vote in favor of all resolutions at the company's upcoming Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
The meeting is scheduled to be held virtually on August 7, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. Eastern time. The proxy voting deadline is August 5, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. Eastern time.
Shareholders will be asked to vote on fixing the number of directors at five, electing directors, appointing an auditor, and a non-binding advisory resolution on executive compensation.
Miguel Martin, Aurora's Executive Chairman and CEO, said: "We are pleased that ISS has recognized the strong governance framework and Board oversight in place at Aurora by recommending that shareholders vote FOR all meeting resolutions put forward at our upcoming AGM."
