NASDAQ (NDAQ) Tops Q2 EPS by 10c ; Offers Outlook

NASDAQ (NASDAQ: NDAQ) reported Q2 EPS of $1.07, $0.10 better than the analyst estimate of $0.97. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.5 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.43 billion.

2026 EXPENSE AND TAX GUIDANCE UPDATE

The company is updating its 2026 non-GAAP operating expense guidance to a range of $2.530 billion to $2.570 billion. The company is maintaining its 2026 non-GAAP tax rate guidance in the range of 22.5% to 24.5%.
