FTAI Aviation Ltd. (NASDAQ: FTAI) announced that J&F Power Systems LLC, its joint venture with Jereh Group, has signed a $1.465 billion purchase order with an unnamed international cloud service provider for Mod-1 mobile gas turbine generator sets.
The order falls under a five-year master supply agreement that allows the customer to issue additional purchase orders. Equipment is to be delivered in batches through November 2027, and the order is said to account for a substantial portion of FTAI Power's targeted 2027 Mod-1 CFM56 aeroderivative unit deliveries.
Payments will be structured on a milestone basis, beginning with an advance payment at signing, followed by progress payments through production, testing, and on-site commissioning. Final settlement amounts are subject to a performance adjustment mechanism, with upward adjustments for equipment exceeding performance standards and downward adjustments capped at 10% of the corresponding equipment's value for lower power output.
The information is based on a press release issued by FTAI Aviation on July 22, 2026.
