Tutor Perini Corporation (NYSE: TPC) announced that its subsidiary, Fisk Electric Company, has been awarded a $26.9 million electrical renovation contract for a healthcare facility in Houston, Texas. The customer was not identified.
The project involves modernizing the facility's electrical distribution systems, including replacement of 5kV switchgear in the basement and penthouse levels, installation of new 480-volt and 208-volt switchboards, and implementation of a new bus riser system serving levels 7 through the penthouse.
Work is being carried out in an active healthcare environment, requiring phased execution and coordination with hospital safety and operational protocols. Construction is underway, with substantial completion expected in April 2027.
The contract value will be added to Tutor Perini's backlog in the second quarter of 2026, according to a press release from the company.
