Lindsay Corporation (NYSE: LNN) announced that Sam Hinrichsen, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, has notified the Board of Directors of his intent to resign effective August 31, 2026, citing personal reasons.
The company stated there were no disagreements between Hinrichsen and Lindsay Corporation, and his departure is unrelated to company operations, policies, or accounting practices.
Lindsay has begun a search for a new CFO with the assistance of an executive recruiting firm.
Following his resignation, Hinrichsen will provide transition services to the company through December 31, 2026, under a written transition services agreement. Under the terms of that agreement, Hinrichsen will receive $100,000 in cash for transition services, payable in a lump sum after the transition period ends. He will also receive his annual bonus under the company's Management Incentive Plan for the 2026 plan year, along with a $110,000 lump sum payment approximating the value of outstanding equity awards that would have vested on November 1, 2026. The company will also cover his COBRA health insurance premiums for four months following his resignation date and will waive any right to repayment of his cash signing bonus.
"We would like to thank Sam for his service and wish him the best of luck in his future endeavors," said Randy Wood, President and Chief Executive Officer.
