ST. PAUL, Minn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--
H.B. Fuller Company (NYSE: FUL) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.2450 per share of common stock, payable on August 13, 2026 to shareholders of record at the close of business on July 30, 2026.
H.B. Fuller has paid quarterly cash dividends on its common stock for 58 consecutive years.
