Aeries Technology regains Nasdaq compliance after share consolidation
Aeries Technology, Inc. (NASDAQ: AERT) announced it has received written notification from Nasdaq confirming the company has regained compliance with the minimum bid price requirement under Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2) for continued listing on The Nasdaq Capital Market.
According to a press release, the company effected a 1-for-8 share consolidation that became effective on June 12, 2026. Following the consolidation, the company's common stock maintained a closing bid price of at least $1.00 per share for the required compliance period.
Nasdaq has determined that the deficiency matter is now closed.
