OFS Credit Company, Inc. (Nasdaq: OCCI, OCCIM, OCCIN) released an unaudited estimate of its net asset value (NAV) per share of common stock at June 30, 2026, placing it in a range of $3.28 to $3.38, according to a press release from the Chicago-based company.
The company noted that the estimate did not undergo its typical quarter-end financial closing procedures and was not a comprehensive statement of its financial condition for the month ended June 30, 2026. The company also cautioned that current NAV estimates may differ materially from future determinations, including the figure for the period ending July 31, 2026, which will be reported in its monthly Form N-PORT filing.
OFS Credit stated that its financial condition and results of operations may be materially impacted by factors including interest rate and inflation changes, the ongoing war between Russia and Ukraine, armed conflict in the Middle East, U.S. trade and tariff policy, instability in banking systems, and the risk of recession.
The preliminary financial data was prepared by OFS Credit's management. KPMG LLP did not audit, review, compile, or apply agreed-upon procedures to the data and expressed no opinion or assurance on it.
OFS Credit is a non-diversified, externally managed closed-end investment company that primarily invests in collateralized loan obligation equity and debt securities. Its investment activities are managed by OFS Capital Management, LLC.
