Bank of America to redeem $6.15B in senior notes on July 22

Bank of America Corporation (NYSE: BAC) announced it will redeem two series of senior notes on July 22, 2026, totaling approximately $6.15 billion in principal.
The redemption covers all $400 million of its Floating Rate Senior Notes due July 2027 (CUSIP No. 06051GJV2) and all $5.75 billion of its 1.734% Fixed/Floating Rate Senior Notes due July 2027 (CUSIP No. 06051GJS9).
Both series will be redeemed at 100% of their principal amount, plus accrued and unpaid interest up to, but not including, the July 22, 2026 redemption date. Interest on both series will cease to accrue on that date.
Payment will be processed through The Depository Trust Company. The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A. serves as trustee and paying agent for the notes.
