Americore Resources adds Justin Hanka to its board of directors
Americore Resources Corp. (TSXV: AMCO) (FSE: 5GP) (OTCQB: AMCOF) has appointed Justin Hanka to its board of directors, effective immediately, according to a press release.
Hanka has more than 30 years of experience in capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and capital raising across Australasia, Europe, and North America. He has previously served as a director of publicly listed companies including EONX Technologies Inc., SPARC AI Inc., and MindBio Therapeutics Corp.
Among his past transactions, Hanka led the $485 million initial public offering of iSelect.com.au.
