N-able names Russell Rosa as new Chief Revenue Officer

N-able, Inc. (NYSE: NABL) announced that Frank Colletti has departed from his role as Chief Revenue Officer, effective July 9, 2026, and that Russell Rosa has joined the company as his replacement.

Rosa will oversee N-able's global sales organization, channel and partner ecosystem, support, and sales operations — the same functions previously managed by Colletti.

Colletti may be entitled to severance benefits under the terms of his existing employment agreement, which has been previously disclosed publicly. The company stated it will file an amendment to its Current Report on Form 8-K if any material modifications to those benefits occur.
