Enova adds Maria Veltre to board as two directors retire

Enova International (NYSE: ENVA) announced changes to its board of directors, including the appointment of Maria Veltre and the retirement of two existing members, effective July 10, 2026.
Veltre, an Operating Partner at Lightyear Capital, joins the board immediately. She previously held senior roles at several financial institutions, including US Head of Digital and Innovation at Santander US, Chief Marketing Officer at Fifth Third Bank, Chief Marketing Officer for Citi's Small Business unit, and senior marketing and digital positions at J.P. Morgan Chase. She holds a B.S. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School and an M.B.A. from New York University's Stern School of Business.
David Fisher, Enova's Executive Chairman of the Board, cited the company's planned acquisition of Grasshopper Bank as part of the context for the board addition.
William M. Goodyear and Mark McGowan are retiring from the board as part of a planned transition. According to the company, the resignations were not related to any disagreement with the company.
