Upland Software regains Nasdaq minimum bid price compliance

Upland Software, Inc. (Nasdaq: UPLD) announced it has received a letter from the Nasdaq Stock Market LLC confirming the company has regained compliance with the Nasdaq Global Market's minimum bid price continued listing requirement.
According to the letter, as of July 2, 2026, the company's common stock had a closing bid price equal to or greater than the $1.00 minimum requirement for 10 consecutive business days. The company is now in compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5450(a)(1), and Nasdaq considers the matter closed.
