Lucid Group draws $800M loan from Saudi Arabia's PIF affiliate

Lucid Group (NASDAQ: LCID) drew $800 million from Delayed Draw Term Loan facilities on July 6, 2026, according to a press release statement.
The funds were drawn pursuant to an existing agreement with Ayar Third Investment Company, an affiliate of Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund.
Key terms of the loan were previously outlined in Current Reports on Form 8-K filed on August 5, 2024, November 5, 2025, and April 14, 2026.
