Monica Bertagnolli resigns from Natera board for National Academy of Medicine role

Monica Bertagnolli has resigned from the board of directors of Natera, Inc. (NASDAQ: NTRA), effective July 1, 2026, according to a company statement.

Bertagnolli notified the board of her intention to step down from her board seat and any related committee positions due to her new role with the National Academy of Medicine.

The company stated that her resignation was not the result of any disagreement with Natera regarding its operations, policies, or practices.
