Avnet, Inc. (NASDAQ: AVT) amended its receivables purchase agreement on July 1, 2025, increasing the maximum purchase limit from $500 million to $700 million and extending the facility's termination date to July 1, 2028.
The amendment, designated as Amendment No. 9 to the Fourth Amended and Restated Receivables Purchase Agreement, was entered into with Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as agent, along with other financial institutions party to the agreement.
The amendment also excludes certain receivables from the agreement. Other terms of the receivables purchase agreement remain substantially unchanged, according to a company statement.
