Eos Energy launches stock and warrant offering to fund joint venture

Eos Energy Enterprises (NASDAQ: EOSE) announced a registered direct offering of common stock and warrants, with proceeds intended to fund the company's contribution to Frontier Power USA Parent, LLC, according to a press release.
The Edison, N.J.-based company said it plans to use the net proceeds from the offering, along with any proceeds from a separate proposed rights offering, to finance its investment in the joint venture. The offering is being conducted under an effective shelf registration statement pursuant to the Securities Act of 1933.
Eos noted that the offering is subject to market and other conditions, and there is no assurance as to whether or when it may be completed, or as to its final size or terms. The closing is also subject to customary closing conditions.
