Lion Copper and Gold applies to list on Nasdaq Capital Market
Lion Copper and Gold Corp. (CSE: LEO) (OTCQB: LCGMF) has submitted an initial application to list its common shares on the Nasdaq Capital Market, the company announced in a press release.
The Vancouver-based mining company said the proposed listing remains subject to Nasdaq's initial listing requirements, regulatory approvals, and customary listing processes. The company cautioned that there is no assurance the application will be approved or that a listing will be completed.
