Emanuel "Manny" Chirico has notified Conagra Brands, Inc. (NYSE: CAG) that he will not seek reelection to its board of directors at the company's 2026 Annual Meeting of Shareholders, scheduled for September.
Chirico informed the company of his decision on June 22, 2026. He will continue to serve on the board through the remainder of his current term. The company stated that his decision was not related to any disagreement with the board or the company.
