Itron (ITRI) Tops Q3 EPS by 6c, provides guidance

Itron (NASDAQ: ITRI) reported Q3 EPS of $1.54, $0.06 better than the analyst estimate of $1.48. Revenue for the quarter came in at $582 million versus the consensus estimate of $578.49 million.

GUIDANCE:

Itron sees Q4 2025 EPS of $2.15-$2.25, versus the consensus of $1.46. Itron sees Q4 2025 revenue of $555-565 million, versus the consensus of $587 million.

Itron sees FY2025 EPS of $6.84-$6.94, versus the consensus of $6.08. Itron sees FY2025 revenue of $2.35-2.36 million, versus the consensus of $2.379 million.
