Norfolk Southern (NYSE: NSC) declared a quarterly dividend of $1.35 per share, or $5.4 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on February 20, 2025, to stockholders of record on February 7, 2025, with an ex-dividend date of February 6, 2025.
