Digital Realty Trust (DLR) Tops Q1 EPS by 53c

Digital Realty Trust (NYSE: DLR) reported Q1 EPS of $0.82, $0.53 better than the analyst estimate of $0.29. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.3 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.36 billion.

GUIDANCE:

Digital Realty Trust sees FY2024 revenue of $5.55-5.65 billion, versus the consensus of $5.61 billion.
