Medifast (MED) Misses Q1 EPS by 84c, Guidance Misses

Medifast (NYSE: MED) reported Q1 EPS of $0.66, $0.84 worse than the analyst estimate of $1.50. Revenue for the quarter came in at $174.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $205.79 million.

GUIDANCE:

Medifast sees Q2 2024 EPS of $0.05-$0.40, versus the consensus of $0.67. Medifast sees Q2 2024 revenue of $150-170 million, versus the consensus of $175.1 million.
