Vertex Pharma (VRTX) Tops Q3 EPS by 5c; bumps guidance

Vertex Pharma (NASDAQ: VRTX) reported Q3 EPS of $3.97, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $3.92. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.48 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.5 billion.

GUIDANCE:

Vertex Pharma sees FY2023 revenue of $9.85 billion, versus prior guidance of $9.7-$9.8 billion and consensus of $9.87 billion.
