First Industrial Realty (FR) Tops Q3 EPS by 27c

First Industrial Realty (NYSE: FR) reported Q3 EPS of $0.57, $0.27 better than the analyst estimate of $0.30. Revenue for the quarter came in at $155.11 million versus the consensus estimate of $153.58 million.

GUIDANCE:

First Industrial Realty sees FY 2023 EPS of $1.68-$1.72 and FFO of $2.40- $2.44.
