ANSYS (ANSS) Tops Q1 EPS by 22c, Lowers Guidance

ANSYS (NASDAQ: ANSS) reported Q1 EPS of $1.36, $0.22 better than the analyst estimate of $1.14. Revenue for the quarter came in at $428.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $407.56 million.

GUIDANCE:

ANSYS sees Q2 2022 EPS of $1.46-$1.64, versus the consensus of $1.85. ANSYS sees Q2 2022 revenue of $450-475 million, versus the consensus of $488.6 million.

ANSYS sees FY2022 EPS of $7.53-$7.94, versus the consensus of $7.95. ANSYS sees FY2022 revenue of $2.005-2.065 billion, versus the consensus of $2.08 billion.
