Costar Group (CSGP) Tops Q1 EPS by 4c, Offers Guidance

Costar Group (NASDAQ: CSGP) reported Q1 EPS of $0.31, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.27. Revenue for the quarter came in at $516 million versus the consensus estimate of $512.45 million.

GUIDANCE:

Costar Group sees Q2 2022 EPS of $0.20-$0.21, versus the consensus of $0.21.

Costar Group sees FY2022 EPS of $0.98-$1.03, versus the consensus of $1.00. Costar Group sees FY2022 revenue of $2.15-2.17 billion, versus the consensus of $2.16 billion.
