Avalonbay Communities (NYSE: AVB) reported Q4 EPS of $2.40, $1.40 better than the analyst estimate of $1.00. Funds from Operations attributable to common stockholders - diluted (“FFO”) per share for the three months ended December 31, 2021 increased 17.6% to $2.27 from $1.93 for the prior year period.
