Ametek (AME) Tops Q2 EPS by 5c

Ametek (NYSE: AME) reported Q2 EPS of $1.15, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $1.10. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.39 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.33 billion.

GUIDANCE:

Ametek sees FY2021 EPS of $4.62-$4.68, versus the consensus of $4.56.
